This section is for people whose data appears in the court records Vigilant retrieves for its customers.
What we process
When a customer asks, Vigilant searches the courts' public consultation pages by CPF, CNPJ or OAB registration and stores what those pages show, such as the process number, class, subject, parties and their lawyers, and movements. Processes under segredo de justiça are neither stored nor shown.
Legal basis
We process this data on the basis of legitimate interest (LGPD, art. 7, IX, and art. 10), over data the courts made publicly accessible (art. 7, §§ 3 and 7), for purposes such as credit recovery, legal practice, due diligence and risk analysis. Before starting a consult, every customer must identify itself, declare the purpose of its consults and accept to use the data lawfully.
Who receives it
Only our customers, who must identify themselves before starting a consult. If you ask, we tell you which customers received your records: the company name and CNPJ when the customer is a company, or only the name when it is an individual. We never tell you what else a customer consulted.
We keep a log of every delivery for five years, even after the customer's account is deleted, so we can answer this request. Deliveries made before the customer identified themselves are logged too, but may not carry the customer's name.
Your rights
Under LGPD art. 18 you may ask us for:
- confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymisation, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary, excessive or processed in breach of the LGPD;
- information about the customers with whom we shared your data;
- opposition to the processing, when it does not comply with the LGPD.
To exercise them, write to support@trackjud.com.br. We answer within 15 days (LGPD, art. 19). We may ask for proof of your identity; the documents you send are kept only as long as needed to prove our reply.
What a block does
When we block your document, it is no longer searched or shown for any customer, and the copies of your processes we hold are deleted. A block may also cover only some processes found by your document; those are deleted and no longer stored or shown in searches by it.
The courts remain the source
Vigilant does not publish court records; it copies what the courts' public pages show. Removing your data from Vigilant does not remove it from the court. To change or restrict what the court publishes, you must ask the court itself.
