Three steps. One result per court.

Who it is for

For whoever needs to know what stands against a document before deciding.

Developers and legaltechs

Each court has its own portal, captcha and format.

One API call returns the lawsuits of the chosen courts in JSON, with the date of each extraction.

Credit and collections

Granting or collecting without knowing whether the CPF or CNPJ already faces enforcement actions.

Search before approving and monitor the portfolio: an alert when a new lawsuit is filed against the debtor.

Compliance and KYC

Due diligence asks for evidence with source and date, not a generic clean record.

Each lawsuit comes with court, instance, parties and the time of extraction, exportable to the file.

Law firms

Gathering the lawsuits of a new client or an opposing party takes hours, portal by portal.

Type the CPF, CNPJ or OAB and get the list by court, with movements; monitor the ones that matter.

Coverage

22 sources in 16 states and the Federal District, in the 1st and 2nd instance.

A point of light on each state with a court source. The status comes from the court registry and changes during the day; a court that is down does not charge credits.

Monitoring

It tells you when something changes.

Monitor a CPF, CNPJ or OAB in the courts you choose. Every cycle — 6h, 12h or daily — Vigilant compares with the last extraction and tells you by email and on the platform.

New process

A lawsuit that was not in the previous extraction, with its class and status.

Status change

In progress became suspended, decided or archived.

New movements

Proceedings published since the last check.

Party change

Someone joined or left the lawsuit: third-party claim, succession, exclusion.

Removed process

It left the court's list — renumbered or reassigned. The last copy stays stored.

Each check goes to the court live, without cache: 5 credits per court for every 10 lawsuits.

API

The same search, over HTTP.

Create a key in your account and call POST /api/v1/consults with the document and the courts. The answer brings the status of each court; the consult then brings the lawsuits in JSON, with the date of each extraction. The same credits as the screen.

Frequently asked questions

What the search brings — and what it does not.

Unsure about a court or a use case? Write to us before buying.

What does a CNPJ search bring?

The lawsuits in which the CNPJ appears as a party, in the chosen courts, in the 1st and 2nd instance. It does not bring the partners' lawsuits nor labor claims — the Labor Courts are not among the sources.

How much does it cost?

1 credit per court searched, from R$ 0,10. It covers the first 10 lawsuits found in that court; each further block of 10 costs 1 credit. Packs start at R$ 20 for 200 credits, and the account starts with 5 free credits.

What happens if the court goes down?

The search goes on in the other courts. The credit of the court that did not answer is given back, and you can repeat just that court when it is back.

How does the 2-day cache work?

If the same document was searched in the same court less than 2 days ago, the result comes from the cache, with the extraction date shown: it charges the court's credit only, without the lawsuit blocks. To force a new extraction within that window, every charge costs 5 times as much: 5 credits per court and per block.

Is there an API?

Yes. POST /api/v1/consults takes the document and the list of courts and returns the consult in JSON, with the same data as the screen and the date of each extraction. The key lives in your account and the documentation is open at /api/docs.
